1. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible for return:

  • Unopened, unused products

  • Products in original packaging

Not eligible:

  • Opened or used skincare/hygiene items (for safety reasons)

  • Clearance items

Refund timeline:
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or wrong item:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it for free.
